In the hundred-and-tenth episode of Collecting Real Estate, Stephen interviewed Scott Roberts of Easy House Relief.
As a landlord, real estate agent, and buyer of various homes for flips, Scott has more than ten years of experience in the field. He obtained his real estate sales license at the age of 18, and while still a student at James Madison University, he flipped a house.
In terms of sales volume over the past few years, Scott has routinely ranked among the top 10% of area realtors, and he has also completed over 20 home flips. His long-term objective is to expand his apartment and landlord business by purchasing more properties using a buy-and-hold method. He is focused on the upstate New York area and is currently renting out a two-family and a single-family he owns.
