The weekend is supposed to be a time for resting and relaxing. The only problem with that is the week can be a pretty hectic time already, and if you let too much of the weekend get away from you, it can lead to a lot of overwhelm throughout the week. That's why, as much as we want to forget about life, there are some things we need to crush in order to make sure the weekend sets us up for success
