Our healthy and wellness take a backseat to most of our life. Long days at work lead to less desire to get home and cook so fast food becomes an option. Life in general can get hectic and so we don't find time to incorporate exercise the way we know we should. While it's okay once in a while to cheat a little, if we don't make a conscious effort, we can be derailed totally and end up in the emergency room.
