On this episode, I open up about my own body image journey, eating disorder, and the road to loving and accepting myself while navigating the cultural roadblocks that came with becoming who I am today. Eating disorders and body image does in fact exist within our Latin community, we just have to be brave enough to confront it and de-stigmatize deeply rooted cultural beliefs by changing our own narrative.
