Nina Gelbke is an accredited Nutritionist (BHScNutr) specialising in sports and performance nutrition, and eating disorders.

As well as being an olympic weight lifting and CrossFit athelete, Nina is a Type 1 Diabetic and has been plant-based for more than 5 years. 

Through the power of a whole-food, plant-based diet, Nina has managed to double her insulin sensitivity to carb ratio and explains WHY we need some healthy fats in our diet despite what a lot of the plant-based diabetic community believe.
