the sun with its vitamin D and electromagnetic frequencies is a good and important source of power, something like a huge charger. 

only sitting in the sun is very good, but better would be to put our attention in to it and actually consume it in. taking the most out of it and spreading it out to all the cells in the body. 

I invite you to join me on a short sun eating journey, I hope you are hungry. all you need is a good spot in the sun.. or a good imagination :)
