The realty is that relationships are always evolving and we learn the importance of working through issues that may come up, long after we thought things were set.  Rev Ronnie Roll takes us through the issues that derail many marriages that otherwise would have great potential, and the importance of always working on strengthening this relationship.

Ronnie introduces us to the concept of “intentionalrelationship design” and coming up with a marriage plan that isn’t that much different than a business plan.

Graduation season is here and on the season finale ofEduCast, we meet a pair of Altoona Valedictorians, Miriam Hoage and Davina Krueger.  They are two of 10valedictorians at the school, and we find out how they accomplished this prestigious academic achievement. Beyond academics, what other activities, co-curricularsand outside passions make them well-rounded.

Miriam is also a published author with a pair of novelsunder her belt. Meanwhile, Davina has showcased an outgoing, talkative personality performing in school plays and as the drive-through “voice” of a local fast food establishment.

Each spring, the top graduating McDonell seniors selectthe teachers they felt were the most influential in their time in the Mack’s community. We get to meet one of the three teachers who was nominated. Notre Dame Middle School social studies teacher Peter Thoma is joined by senior DavidAnderson, who chose him as his most influential educator.

Peter has taught in McDonell for 10 years and we findout what drew him to social studies.

David is the oldest of six children, all of whomattend the McDonell schools. He will be attending UW-La Crosse with an eye on a career in the medical field somewhere.

So why did David chose Peter and why did he resonatewith him?
