Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. Our prayer today will be aligned with the scripture taken from Romans 6:22-23, and it reads: “But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

As we pray, let us acknowledge that the consequences of sin are severe; they lead to death, both spiritual and eternal. But God is offering us a great gift: the opportunity for eternal life, which is made possible through our relationship with Jesus Christ, our Lord.

The Lord is reminding us that, having been liberated from the grip of sin and transformed into devoted servants of God, we now bear the fruit of righteousness, which leads us to holiness. The fruit of holiness is everlasting life. For the gift is not merely an escape from mortality but a pathway to a fulfilled and purposeful existence in communion with God.

Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. Our scripture today will be taken from Romans 5:8, and it reads: “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

As we pray, let us remember that, despite our flaws and failures, the Lord is offering us love and redemption.

God demonstrated his love towards us by sending his son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins. This act of sacrifice follows even now, when we are engaged in sins and separated from him. For the Lord is emphasizing the depth of His grace and mercy.

Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. Our scripture today will be taken from Romans 5:5, and it reads: “And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”

As we pray, let us rejoice because the Lord is filling our hearts with his overflowing love. God's divine love is made manifest through his Holy Spirit, graciously given to us, who guides and uplifts our spirits in times of doubt and uncertainty.

Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. Our prayer today will be aligned with scripture taken from Romans 5:1-2, and it reads: “Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.”

As we pray, let us approach this holy time with a deep sense of confidence and see the glorious fulfillment of God’s promises. The Lord is lighting our path with a radiant light that is guiding us toward the eternal glory that awaits us beyond this life. He wants us to embrace the certainty that he will acknowledge our unwavering faith.

In this moment of prayer, may we find strength and peace in the assurance of God's love and the magnificent future that lies ahead. In his grace, he will open our hearts to discover the abundant joy and hope that flows in him.

Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. Our scripture today will be taken from Romans 4:20-21, and it reads: “He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that what he had promised, he was able also to perform.”

As we pray, let us remember that the Lord wants us to approach our prayer with praise. What God has promised will definitely come to pass. Abraham did not waver in his faith regarding the promise that God had made, despite facing doubts and challenges. Instead, he remained steadfast and strong in his belief, consistently giving praise and glory to God for His faithfulness. His conviction was unwavering; he was fully convinced that God, who made the promise, also had the power to fulfill it.

Let this unwavering faith not only reflect our trust in God’s word, but let it emphasize our understanding of God’s sovereignty and ability to act.

As we pray, let us persevere in good deeds and earnestly pursue the desire of glory. The Lord wants us to strive for glory, honor, strength, and everlasting life, so that we can reap eternal life in due season.

Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. As discussed in our previous episodes, our prayers throughout the year are rooted in the 66 books of the Bible. We began in Genesis and will conclude in Revelation by the end of the year.

Today, we are diving into the book of Romans. Our prayer today will be aligned with the scripture taken from Romans 1:16, and it reads: “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.”

The Lord is reminding us that the gospel of Christ is the power of salvation. He extended this message, which was first intended for the Jews, who are the chosen people, to the Greeks and, by extension, to all nations. We should hold no shame in proclaiming the gospel of Christ, as it leads to salvation for all who choose to believe.

As we pray, let us remember God’s grace, for his desire is that everyone experience the transformative love found in him.

Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. Our scripture will be taken from Acts 5:29. And it reads, “Peter and the other apostles answered and said: “We ought to obey God rather than men.”

The Lord's divine authority stands as the ultimate power, surpassing all earthly authority. He is reminding us that when we follow his guidance rather than submit to others' expectations, we will see the remarkable transformations in our lives and the world around us.

As we pray, let us pray with assurance and devote ourselves to a deep commitment to our faith and the holy mission we have been assigned, even in the face of challenges and risks that may lie ahead.

Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. Today, we are going to pray with the scripture taken from Acts 4:12. And it reads, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

As we pray, let us reflect on the powerful name of Jesus Christ. He is reminding us that salvation cannot be found in any other name but Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven that holds the power to save us. The Lord's name is powerful; it is through his extraordinary power that we can achieve deliverance and hope.
