If you know the Truth, you will be free. If you are not completely transformed, you do not know the Truth. Salvation is all or nothing! May we exhibit the faithfulness of those who have gone before us, like Abraham

We ran out of time last week, so we pick up again today with our lessons in defeating giants!

We are righteous in God's eyes, by grace, through faith, in what Christ Jesus has done for us. So, let's actually live like the redeemed children of God!

Moses led the Israelites to victory against the giant, King Og, at 120 years of age! Moses had faced many "giants" in his life, yet God gave him the victory over each one. It doesn't matter how big your giant is, your God is bigger!

The end of the matter is this: fear God and keep His commandments. Through all the trials and tribulations of live, our simple instruction is to fear God and do what He says. Remember Him, forget yourself, and rejoice in the salvation that is ours in Christ Jesus!

If the Lord wills to do something, the Lord will do it. This is why Jeremiah says with confidence: "Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed". This is not a command, or a conditional request. This is an acknowledge that if the Lord will do it, it will happen. Let's stop thinking we can move the hand of the Almighty and start fearing Him for it will come to pass as He will have it come to pass!

Today's topic is about avoiding extremes. Whether that be an extreme mindset, opinion, attitude, response, lifestyle, or whatever else. If we are to live lives that glorify God, we should be balanced and moderate; able to glorify in all situations and in all times. Let Him be your balancing force!

The reality of life and time is tough. But a joyful heart is good medicine! And in His presence there is fullness of joy. Remember that!

"If I could save time in a bottle"... How many of us cannot wait for the good times to roll? How many of us just want to get through all the bad times and forget about them as soon as possible? Well, this is not the attitude of the Preacher. Every matter under heaven has an appointed time and ultimately for God's glory. Use your time wisely!

What a glorious thing to know: God's will is that all those He gives to Christ will be raised on the last day. Hallelujah! Stop worrying about tomorrow, for your eternity is secure!
