Tonight I will share the Inspirational hour with two hugely talented young artiste. 

From R&B to Hip Hop, from Soul to Pop, multi talented artist/writer/producer, Charles “Kizzo” Kizzee continues to reveal to the world a style that can only be described as, “Kizzotainment.”

Growing up in the small town of Huntsville, Texas never stopped Kizzo from having big dreams. Kizzo found a deeper interest in songwriting as well as music business.Currently collaborating with independent label Seven Figure Entertainment, Kizzo has created an impressive catalog of material. As he continues to grow as a song writer, artist, producer & executive producer, so does his musical accomplishments.

TJ Boyce, from Houston, Texas, always wanted to pursue music. The son of a pastor and a former professional runway model, he studied the historical southern sound rooted in old slavery. T Boyce expands, “coming from ‘the south,’ I have been heavily influenced by some of the most profound musicians and musical talents in the world.”

Boyce expresses, “I always wanted to be an entertainer, and it is where I am most comfortable.”

Tonight we are talking about our ability to hear each other. Men sometimes say it is really hard to hear a Woman, why is that? What is it in our conversation that makes a Man switch off?

Now I don't want to claim that men are always the problem -- or that they are even more likely to be the problem than women are. No group is innocent, no group is perfect. But what is it Men hear that seems to put them of from listening to someone they claim to like or love? Do we communicate differently to men and how do we bridge the gap between ourselves? Do Women listen to Men or we still battling for our space on the planet? Do we as Women understand that Men may not do small talk? Do we always have to be right?

We spend most of our lives making agreements with people in our lives, particularly those we love. If these agreements fail, the lessons from the fall out tend to shape future agreements. The fall out can sometimes leave us hurting for a very long time.

We also make agreements without being really mindful of what we’re agreeing to.  For example you may have been a victim of an abusive relationship in the past. Would it help to have an agreement with a new partner to never hurt you in the same way? Do we need an agreement about the number of times we will have sex each week or an agreement that we will accept each other regardless of our faults and issues?

Can your partner know what your deal breakers are without you communicating and spelling out very clearly what works and what doesn’t?
