- It Starts Here: EC Talk’s Author Spotlight Premiere
Episode Highlight: A Night in New York – The Birth of EC Talk's Author Spotlight
On February 7, 2025, EC Publishing brought together authors from every corner of the literary world—fiction and memoir, poetry and prose—for an unforgettable evening in New York City. Live from the stage, these storytellers sat down for raw, heartfelt conversations in front of an inspired audience. It was more than interviews—it was a celebration. Voices rose. Stories echoed. The room held laughter, truth, and tears. EC Talk’s Author Spotlight was born that night, not just as a podcast, but as a platform for honoring the bravery behind every book. This is Chapter One.

Books don’t just appear—they’re born from bravery. In this episode of EC Talk’s Author Spotlight, we pull back the curtain and invite you into the hearts of the storytellers who dare to be…
vulnerable. These aren’t just writers—they’re truth-tellers, comfort-givers, and resilience-builders.
You’ll hear powerful readings. Real conversations. Moving stories. Sometimes tears. Often applause. Each moment is a reminder that every book holds the fingerprints of someone who chose to speak when silence was safer.
We give authors the mic—not just to share their work, but to be seen, celebrated, and heard for who they truly are. Because when we lift one voice, we illuminate thousands.
In a world overflowing with noise, stories still matter. They heal, inspire, and remind us what it means to be human. EC Talk’s Author Spotlight is more than a podcast—it’s a tribute to the courage, creativity, and devotion behind every page.
