How would you respond to a death sentence for crimes you didn’t commit? Well, not only was Jesus unfairly convicted for the sins of others, but brutally tortured in the process.

In this section of John we get to see the Jesus the true King. The King we must resist denying, carefully examine and faithfully embrace as he stands trial for our salvation.

Tried or denied? John presents the case for the supremacy of Jesus, in the face of hatred from the world. Do we choose to abide in Christ, or ,like Peter, are we hasty to rely upon our sinful nature?
