Echo Chamber

AND, we bring this week's @EchoChamberFP https://www.instagram.com/echochamberfp/ home, with 'Part THREE'! Which is a look at the new indie flick that shines a light on redemption & inner peace. THEN, we speak to the talented, engaging & delightful lead, Eli Jane @theelijane

'The Way' is the new film from Khalili Dastan. 13 years ago, Jane Arcs (Eli Jane) was condemned to death after brutally killing her opponent in a underground street fight. Now, in just 24 hours, Jane will be executed for her crime. During her 13 years on Death Row, Jane has undergone a major evolution under the tutelage of a fellow inmate and Qi Gong Master Xin (Joan Wong), learning the way of Qi Gong and ostensibly gaining supernatural abilities. As the day of her execution arrives, Jane embraces her punishment in the spirit of transformation. Max Stone (Kelcey Watson), Jane's boyfriend as well as correctional officer and part of the execution tie down team, has very different ideas. He is willing to do anything to save Jane. Will he kill others to save her life? Or will Jane help him to see the light and to let her go?

And 'Part Three' has:

'Get It' by Grits - 2002

We continue the funk in 'Part TWO' of this week's @EchoChamberFP https://www.instagram.com/echochamberfp/ This time out we look at a new documentary, AND, speak to Michael Wayne who brought it all to life.

'Batman and Me' is directed by Michael Wayne, who co-wrote with Andrew Martyn & Rebecca Richardson. Darren Maxwell became addicted to collecting Batman merchandise in late 1980s Australia as a way to be a part of nascent geek culture. Decades later, Darren's stuck with a room full of collectables - a membership card to a fandom he no longer recognizes - yet powerful forces beyond his control mean he's unable to let go. It's a sobering look at the highs and lows of obsessive collecting in an increasingly pop culture-centric world, and the price of admission to fandom.

And 'Part Two' has:
