Practice Steps:
1. Listen to the whole content and read texts to understand the meaning.
2. Listen to a phrase and echo it in your brain.
3. Say the phrase.  
4. Do 2&3 again
5. Repeat right after listening
6. Shadowing
7. Overlapping in sync.

2.フレーズを聞いて、頭の中で反響（エコー）させる
3.フレーズを言う
4.上記の手順をもう一回やる
5. 聞いた直後リピート
6.シャドーイング
7.最後は同時言う
