After sounding the alarm for the last 14 years more or less about trump, and after seeing how it seems like people are finally waking up to it... I need to start sharing my focus with other stuff I am truly interested in and let some of the politics aside, let me talk about some of the more relevant shit, but let the bulk for the pros. It doesn't mean I will stop attending protests, hosting people against maga and so on.
Finally going to see my doctor tomorrow for add meds and go into the next step to see what I feel so off center and off balance. Maybe I can start having ny feelings more under control and actually find joy?
I mean... I feel so unbalance that I cant seem to focus on the things that are important. Be present during family time, focus of growing als, focus on developing pkdk and echo.
Which it also leads me as to all of the amounts of different projects I have at home and doom scrolling. It seems that it the only way I can have my brain focus in one thing only and give my brain some weird sense of rest.
I am hoping that after I get on adhd meds, I can figure out if I actually have depression, or if I am overwhelmed, a mix of that and more?
