Sometimes in our life hurt and pain seems to become the new norm. We’re taught to hide in our feelings and not talk about it because it’s the past. What if I told you talking about your past and being transparent with yourself and understanding every situation that may have been terrifying and hurtful needs to be address and freed in order to become whole again.
