The Prophet Muhammad(SAW) said:
âFrom the happiness of the son of Adam is his satisfaction with what Allah has decreed for him, and from the misery of the son of Adam is his dissatisfaction with what Allah has decreed for him.â
Narrated by Tirmidhi (2151)
The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said:
âLook at those below you (less fortunate than you), and do not look at those above you, for this is more suitable to ensure that you do not belittle Allahâs blessings upon you.â
Narrated by [Sahih Muslim 7070]
Todayâs Quran verse reflection:
âŠAllah will replace their evil deeds with good[25:70]
SubhanAllah, Allahâs mercy knows no bounds. Not only does He forgive us when we sincerely repent, but He even turns our bad deeds into good deeds.
Imagine going to Allah on yamul qiyamah and seeing bundles of good deeds that you donât remember doing.
When you ask, He says, âThese were your sins, which I turned into good deeds because you repentedđ„č
I also reflected on the powerful story from the time of Prophet Musa (AS), showing how one manâs sincere repentance brought rain after a drought. Allah, the Most Merciful, forgives us quietly, conceals our sins, and gives us a fresh start. So, never think youâre beyond forgivenessâAllah is always ready to welcome you back.

Todayâs Hadith Reflection:
Qaddar Allah wa ma shaâa faâal
[Allah has decreed and what He wills, He does]
Regret brings you closer to Allah.
The Prophet ï·ș said, Regret is repentance!
But not all regret is healthy..
In todayâs reflection, I discuss how regret can lead us back to Allah and why we should avoid getting stuck in the âwhat ifs.â As The Prophet ï·ș teaches us to trust in Allahâs decree:
Qaddar Allah wa ma shaâa faâal
[Allah has decreed, and what He wills, He does]
Todayâs Hadith reflection:
This dunya is a prison for the believers and a paradise for the disbelievers.
The believersâ souls are imprisoned because they belong to another worldâa better world, where they donât have to get sick, where they donât have to bleed, where they donât have to cry!
The believersâ souls are yearning for something greater, something better. It is like a prisoner that is homesick and misses its true homeâitâs JANNAH.
But what happens when a soul thinks this dunya is its paradise?

Todayâs Hadith reflection:
Allah talks to you in salah
Did you know Allah (SWT) actually talks to us in Salah? đ„č When we recite Surah Al-Fatiha, weâre talking to Him, and He replies to every single verse you say!
Every time we recite Surah Al-Fatiha in Salah, weâre talking to Him, and Heâs responding after every ayah.
So today, I reflect on each of Allahâs replies to us for every verse!
Itâs just so intimate and beautiful knowing that Allah actually responds to you. Every Surah Al-Fatiha you recite, youâre not just speaking words into the airâyouâre having a direct conversation with your Lord, the One who created you.

Todayâs Hadith Reflection:
âHamdan Kathiran Tayyiban Mubarakan Fihi.â
Today I reflected on a powerful hadith about a man who praised Allah with some words during Salah.
After the Salah, the Prophet (SAW) said he saw over 30 angels rushing to write down the reward of this man for saying these beautiful praises!
We often underestimate the significance of our praises, but this story reveals how even a small phrase can tip the scales in our favor.
Listen as I reflect on the beauty of praising Allah and the incredible mercy He shows to those who strive to remember Him.
Todayâs Quran verse reflection:
âWe were not of those who prayedâ [74:43]
In Surah Al-Muddathir, Allah shows us a haunting conversation between the People of Hellfire and the people of Paradise.
The people In Jannah will ask the people in hell what got them into Hell? And their regretful answer will be,
âWe were not of those who prayedâ
Allah shows us what the people of Hell will say as a mercy to help us avoid their fate.
Which side will we be onâthose asking the people in Hell, or those being asked why they are in Hell?

App for tracking your salah
You say to yourself, âI wonât do it again.â You tell Allah you wonât do it again, and then you do it again.
You feel so ashamed that sometimes you even ask yourself, âHow do I face Allah in salah when I keep doing this?â
And then Shaytan whispers to you, âJust donât pray.â
Today, I talked about my life as an imperfect repenter, like every other human, striving in jihad al-nafs (striving against our lower selves).
In this episode, I shared a beautiful story about a slave girl who spent her nights in worship to Allah.
For Allah to come down to the seventh heaven and wake you up to talk to Him.
To be chosen by Allah, to come closer, to whisper your secrets, your hopes, and your fears to Him.
Tahajjud is truly a gift, one that only those Allah loves are invited to.
