Have you ever made the same duʿāʾ for so long that you began to wonder whether Allah was listening?
In this episode of Echoes of Imaan, we reflect on the pain of waiting, the danger of mistaking delay for rejection, and what it means to trust Allah when His plan does not resemble our own. Your disappointment is not proof that your duʿāʾ has been forgotten - and patience does not mean pretending the waiting does not hurt.
Your duʿāʾ is not forgotten. Keep asking.
Have you ever felt too ashamed to return to Allah after falling into the same sin again?
In this episode of Echoes of Imaan, we reflect on the difference between sincere guilt and the despair that keeps us distant from Allah. No matter how many times you have fallen, the door of repentance remains open. You do not need to become perfect before returning - you return so that Allah can help you become better.
A gentle reminder for anyone who wonders whether they have gone too far to be forgiven.
The door is still open. Come back.
When worship feels empty and your heart feels distant, keep turning back to Allah. Faith isn’t always a feeling - sometimes the path back begins simply by showing up again.
No matter how many times you’ve fallen, you are never beyond Allah’s mercy. You don’t need to become perfect before returning - you just need to turn back.
When your du‘as feel unanswered and the road ahead feels unclear, remember that delay is not rejection - and Allah’s plan may be kinder than the one you imagined.
Sin can make you feel unworthy of returning to Allah - but His mercy is greater than your mistakes. Returning to Allah After Sin is a reminder to never let guilt become despair, and to keep finding your way back to Him.
When your heart feels heavy, return to the words of Allah. Let the Qur’an Heal You is a reminder that the Qur’an is not only guidance for the mind, but comfort, healing, and mercy for the heart.
A reminder for the heart that has drifted. Closer is a call to turn back to Allah, reconnect with Him, and remember that no matter how distant you may feel, the door back is always open.
I talk about how Ramadan is fast approaching, how our enthusiasm peaks leading up to it but how we can still set realistic yet challenging goals for us to achieve ;)
I talk about how we claim that we want to change but aren't willing to put in the effort, why we need to become comfortable with ignoring the opinions of others, and what the perfect balance is in Islam ;)
