Being authentic is a step into truly loving yourself.
It requires that you embrace all parts of yourself without judgment and release the need to fit it. When you give yourself the permission to be fully yourself you free yourself from the limitations of societal expectations and the need for approval. It allows you to live more boldly as you no longer compromise who you are to gain acceptance from the world.
Authenticity opens new doors, that's what the Akashic Records say in this transmission. It opens the gate to a much richer and fuller life.

Is vulnerability absolutely essential to create deep heart-to-heart connections and to heal our trauma and painful experiences?

It can seem incredibly scary to openly and honestly express our emotions, needs, fears and mistakes because we fear to get hurt, to be rejected, to be judged or we might feel ashamed.

At the same time vulnerability can be so healing. It is the basis for the level of intimacy that we all crave.
In this episode I am going on an exploration to brainstorm what we might need in order to allow ourselves to be more vulnerable.
How can we create settings in healing sessions, relationships, friendships etc. that allow for vulnerability with each other so that we heal and connect on total new levels.

Division is keeping us away from creating true peace and wealth for everyone on our planet. In the month July we are asked to explore the concept of unity. Unity within us, a state of being where we integrated our duality and feel one with the cosmos as well as  unity between people.
We can be our individual self and independent and still live in unity.
We can accept different opinions, choices, religions, traditions and still feel we belong together. Both is possible.
Unity is a constant dance between the states of merging and separation. Souls are born from oneness and then seem to separate to go on individual paths, while at the same time they are always still in unity with the creator and all there is.
How can we create a state of unity on our planet while respecting our individuality and differences?

In June we have a cosmic alignment with the Orion Belt. The galatic wars in the Orion zone have been brutal and destructive and we now have a chance to heal from darkness and extreme duality. The cosmos has moved into a new era where duality still exists but it doesn't mean any longer destruction versus life. On our planet though we still find extreme destructive duality.
How do we deal with this duality that we find within us and around us? We are going right now through a massive heart opening on a collective level which makes us more sensitive and more receptive to the energies of others. There are themes we see play out on our planet like war, abuse, pain, suffering that seem to become unacceptable to us. But have we accepted that we also carry this duality within us? The ability to love and the ability to hate and destruct? How can we work with the duality within us, with our shadow child and its needs, believes and traumas?
How can we address feeling fear, sadness, worry, frustration and anger in ways that allow us to meet our needs while not hurting others or ourselves?

In 2005 Dr. Semir Osmanagić discovered "the largest and oldest pyramid on our planet" in Visoko, Bosnia.
Analyses of fossilised leaves between the building blocks of the pyramid date the age of the pyramid to 30.000 years old. 
Our official history says the first developed civilisation was Mesopotamia , 4000 BC. According to the same official history, the only civilisations who built pyramids are Egyptians and the Mesoamerican cultures and none of them is older than 4000 years. 

Since the discovery of the first pyramid in Bosnia, multiple other pyramids have been identified in the area and a large underground tunnel system has been excavated.  Despite the evidence of the presence of the pyramids and the healing frequencies in the tunnel system the scientific world calls their existence a hoax.
