Its all about quality not quantity!  Cut your email list and make more meaningful connections. Concentrate on getting to know your audience and supplying them with quality leads and information which they can use. It makes them more likely to open your emails and to take action. 

Google My Business Reviews are massive in terms of business growth online and SEO generally. So many businesses are not getting enough business or results from this platform. Staff appreciation and its not all about the money! One of the failures I see in business is people not treating their staff right, big or small, many businesses experience huge growth and there is often a lot to manage. But managing your people should be your number one concern!

Appreciation comes in many forms, but it comes down to communication, understanding their wants and needs, tapping into their strengths and weaknesses as well as doing something out of the ordinary. Surprise them! Keep them on their toes. Nothing worse than complacency!!
