Bob is the inspiration for us raising our goal for this year. It seemed paltry compared to Bob's success, after all Bob is only a part time seller. Yes part time and he will crush 7 figures and had his first non Q4 6 figure month in June! Yes it can be done, you don't have to quit your job "That you Love" to do this business, with outsourcing and learning what not to buy Bob has fine tuned his operation into a real scalable business. By the way he is not done, he will get bigger...the question is will he ever retire from the job he loves?

Q- Tip from UPS store employee. Did you know you can order boxes to help you pack your more fragile items to go to FBA? You need to have an UPS account but they are free.

Q- Someone pointed out they notice that the larger sellers seem to have their repricers focus on their profit rather than chasing revenue only. How is your repricer setup?

Q- Would you spend $25.00 to profit $5.00 per unit if you could sell 50 of them in a day? 

Bob is a veteran seller with tons of experience and even more knowledge than he lets on. He was a previous auctioneer, ran Scanpowers Customer Service for a long time and currently operates three large eCommerce related groups including the largest Yahoo Fba group on the Internet.  After we catch up (He was interview #xx) and boy did his business grow, we answer questions from EPS- Elite Product Sourcing Group.

Eric is the other half of the FBA Wholesale Guys from Kentucky. A great guy who understands that mutual R-E-S-P-E-C-T and understanding is the key to a successful partnership. Not only have they had incredible growth, which they credit their team, but they have been able to step out from their business and work on their life. Q - I ordered some product from China and it was found to be counterfeit. Is this just a learning experience or can I still sell it?

Q - I started selling on Amazon one month ago and nothing has sold so far. All my products are price to match the buy box so I should be seeing some sales. I called Amazon and they said the issue was on their side, they had on 5 items available for sale. Has anyone else experienced being throttled on Amazon?

Q - When branding for Private Label are sellers using the same brand or diversifying names based on the product mix?

I love Ian's story where at 18 he became self-aware! I mean really self-aware. Who does that? Especially so young. This interview is a little different than some of my others but if you have children, it can give you an opportunity or almost permission to think a little different, to realize the world you and I live in (eCommerce) has changed the world, especially the business world. No more lifetime jobs/careers with lifetime benefits and pensions. No more Gold Watches, no more work for 30 years, retire and play golf for the few years you have left. No  it's about living life now, right now, and giving your kids permission to recognize they don't need to be put in a slot, a pre-approved tract. Remember as you listen that Ian is only 18 years old in chronological age.... but wise way beyond that!
