On today’s program our guest is Monta Welch. She joins host Richard Mabion to discuss her lifelong advocacy, which started in earnest just over 10 years ago focusing on health, environment and climate concerns. She hasn’t stopped! She has founded a number of unique organizations, learned how to work with others and at all levels of government, successfully supporting and changing local dynamics, shepherding successful state ballot initiatives, building coalitions, etc... Her work continues to bear fruit today locally, statewide and nationally. Witnessing the depth of our problems with elections with the 2016 primary election she began investigating, researching, and writing sweeping comprehensive, 50-state solutions out of the online working group - Take Back Elections - in a collective effort to establish fair, transparent, verifiable, secure, unified, 50-state reform as constitutional amendments.
