In this episode, I consider the third element of the Effective Challenge BEST model - Skills.  Often skills are the first place people head for when thinking about development.  In this cast, amongst other things, I discuss how it's easy to not give enough consideration to the informal skills learning opportunities that exist and the need to combine theory with the practical doing to really enhance our performance.
