Ecstatic Existence!

You have most likely seen images of stones precariously balanced into seemingly impossible formations in beautiful natural settings and felt both inspired and amazed. Our guest for this episode is the world's foremost stone stacking artist Michael Grab, but you may know him as Gravity Glue. Michael has traveled the world photographing his uniquely meditative organic sculptures and has developed a massive following on social media, all by following his passion and playing with rocks!

In this interview he gives us an inside look at what goes on behind the scenes and shares his inspirations, frustrations, and personal revelations.

If you follow Rachel and I on Facebook you already know that every now and then we stir up a bit of controversy. Often this happens when people misinterpret something we say, or our statement challenges their belief system which makes them uncomfortable. In this episode we explore some of the posts Rachel has made that received the most feedback from both encouraging supporters and spiteful haters.

It's all good!... Well, actually it's NOT all good. There are so many ways that the current system we are all living in is ineffective, broken, and destructive to our own lives and the health of the entire planet. We have been learning more about how disastrous the situation is by watching a documentary every day. In this episode we share what understanding we are gaining about how F'd up things currently are and give some suggestions about what you can do to make a positive change in the world.
