The Meifoor is an annual fair in the city of Bruges. The fair, the largest in the city, has around 90 attractions. The event always lasts just under a month and ends the weekend after Ascension Day. Today, the Meifoor is a celebration for young and old with large attractions, traditional fairground stalls and plenty of food and drink stands.

The 107th edition of the Tour of Flanders has been played out on Sunday 2 April. Short, sharp and cobbled climbs are emblematic of the grueling nature of the race. The riders leave from the Grote Markt in Bruges and the route adds up to 273.4 kilometres.
