The last months of last year were very busy and I couldn't record again for you and since I have some time these days I wanted to bring you this week 195 "Barking at the moon". This song is part of the soundtrack of the Disney movie "Bolt"; this song tells the story of friendship with a home, a place where you feel you belong and you know you should be there because a home is not just walls but the people who are there inside.

Fue demasiado difícil el hacer el vídeo y aprenderme la letra, cada vez que intentaba grabar el ruido en la calle se hacía presente, eso y contando con el echo que no tengo mucho tiempo para grabar debido a las clases hicieron un infierno el grabar esta canción. Supongo que simplemente hay días en los cuales no se puede grabar jaja.

Hello friends of hive Open Mic this week 188, I wanted to bring you a Carin Leon song that was a challenge to make.

It was too difficult to make the video and learn the lyrics, every time I tried to record the noise in the street was present, that and counting with the fact that I don't have much time to record due to classes made it hell to record this song. Hola amigos de hive Open Mic es un placer estar aquí denuevo otra semana más con ustedes. Tenía un poco de tiempo sin estar muy activo pero ya puedo estar más al pendiente de la comunidad. Me reintegro con este tema autóctono del estado Zulia en Venezuela, esta canción es una gaita el cual es un género muy popular en este estado del país.

Tenía bastante tiempo sin tocar el cuatro venezolano, instrumento con el cual salgo en el vídeo.

También he visto algunas clases de canto lo cual a Sido un pequeño desafío el adaptarme a la nueva técnica vocal.

Pero bueno sin más les dejo está interpretación y espero les guste ❤️.

Hola amigos de hive Open Mic, semana 180. Esta semana trae la temática " Disney" y la primera canción que vino a mi mente fue "lava" del cortometraje con el mismo nombre.

Esta semana mi hermana menor quiso cantar la canción conmigo y como ya tenía unas cuantas semanas pidiéndome dejarla participar en mis videos y aprovechando que la canción era un dueto la dejé cantar conmigo esta pieza. El vídeo fue una sola toma pues ella tenía bastantes nervios pues era su primer video y creo que se nota un poco pues me dijo que no sabía a dónde mirar y se equivocó un poco en su parte de la canción y eso hizo que yo me equivocara creo que eso le da cierto toque de imperfección cosa que hace especial la canción y mucho más por qué nunca pensé que mi primer dueto sería con mi hermanita y eso no tiene precio.

Hello friends of hive Open Mic, week 180. This week brings the theme "Disney" and the first song that came to my mind was "lava" from the short film with the same name.

This week my younger sister wanted to sing the song with me and since she had already been asking me for a few weeks to let her participate in my videos and taking advantage of the fact that the song was a duet I let her sing this piece with me. The video was only one take because she was quite nervous because it was her first video and I think it shows a little bit because she told me she didn't know where to look and she made a mistake in her part of the song and that made me make a mistake. I think that gives it a touch of imperfection which makes the song special and much more because I never thought that my first duet would be with my little sister and that's priceless.

Desde la semana pasada les tenía algo preparado pero todo se arruinó por un malestar en la garganta y no pude traerles el tema que tenía preparado para esa semana, ahora tengo otitis en mi oído derecho y casi no escucho de ese lado pero no quería que eso me detuviera de traerles en tema "Bajo el agua" de Manuel medrano,Viendolo desde el lado positivo no escuchar de un lado me ayuda a verificar a todo tiempo mi afinación al cantar de manera automatisada jaja.

se que dije en el vídeo "Bajo la lluvia" pero no me había dado cuenta de ese error hasta luego de editarlo me parece algo muy gracioso, tan detallista que soy y se me pasa algo así. Parece algo poético y todo.

Espero resolver los problemas con el internet pronto, ya extraño ver las entradas de todos ustedes.

Hello friends of hive Open Mic in this week 178 and I am happy to bring you again an entry for the community I know I have been very inactive and I only publish sporadically but it is because for a few months now in my community they stole the internet cables and I am using the mobile signal, which is also not very good where I live.

Since last week I had something prepared for you but everything was ruined by a sore throat and I couldn't bring you the song I had prepared for that week, now I have otitis in my right ear and I almost can't hear from that side but I didn't want that to stop me from bringing you the song "Bajo el agua" by Manuel medrano, looking at it from the positive side not hearing from one side helps me to check my intonation at all times when singing in an automatic way haha.

I know I said in the video "Bajo la lluvia" but I didn't notice that mistake until after I edited it, I think it's so funny, I'm so detail oriented and I missed something like that. Seems kind of poetic and all.

I hope to solve the internet problems soon, I already miss seeing all your posts.

Hola amigos de hive Open Mic, semana 175. Para esta semana les traigo una canción diferente a lo que acostumbro a hacer "Lluvia" de Eddy Santiago es una canción muy movida y con un ritmo en instrumento y voz que normalmente no suelo hacer. Fue un pequeño reto el aprender a cantar de una manera en que yo escuchará bien y normalmente soy muy exigente lo cual acabo en estar unos cuantos días practicandola de forma intensa pero creo que el resultado fue muy bueno y espero les guste.

Hola amigos de hive Open Mic, otra gran semana va comenzando en esta comunidad ya vamos por la samana 172. Esta semana les quise traer un cover de la canción Riptide de Vance Joy, canción que se encuentra en inglés lo cual ya de por si le da una dificultad y eso más la pronunciación de las palabras hicieron que pasara un buen tiempo practicando esta pieza y espero haber pronunciado todas las palabras bien.

Ya hablando más del significado de la canción, las canciones en ingles siempre son algo introspectivas y está narra de manera algo rebuscada pero entendíble el sentimiento de una persona tímida interactuando con la vida en general eso y su ritmo tan pegajoso hicieron que esta canción se hiciera su lugar en mi playlist.

Creo que todos deberían de escuchar esta pieza alguna vez, sinceramente se las recomiendo mucho, espero que les guste. Sin más que decir nos vemos en el próximo post mis hivers.

This week I wanted to bring you a cover of the song Riptide by Vance Joy, a song that is in English which in itself gives it a difficulty and that plus the pronunciation of the words made me spend a good time practicing this piece and I hope I pronounced all the words right.

Talking more about the meaning of the song, English songs are always somewhat introspective and this one narrates in a somewhat stilted but understandable way the feeling of a shy person interacting with life in general, that and its catchy rhythm made this song make its place in my playlist.

I think everyone should listen to this piece sometime, I sincerely recommend it to you, I hope you like it. Without more to say I'll see you in the next post my hivers.

Buenos días amigos de hive Open Mic semana 164. ya unas cuantas semanas sin pasarme por aquí pero estoy devuelta y está ves les traigo una canción de Juan Luis Guerra que he escuchado desde pequeño "La Bilirrubina" un tema pegazo y movido, con versos que son inmersivos y entretenidos que cuenta una historia, en este caso hablan de una historia más ligera y relajada que habla del amor.
