Do you love stories? I do, I love stories especially about hero’s, underdogs, that last unsung warrior having his day! I love as we see the protagonists, antagonists, problems, failures, the infamous training montage, but I really love what is called the Climax. Of the story! No one will ever forget when Captain America picks up Thor’s hammer, David launches the rock from the sling, or when Randy Quaid flew his jet into the mother ship! Maybe you’re in the middle of your story right now, maybe you’re facing that antagonist, going through your own training montage and things seem tough or even hopeless! That’s when we must remember the Climax of our story may not have happened yet, and victory is over the rise! One day no matter what Victory will be won as Jesus splits the clouds leading an army on a white horse! The government didn't like Him, the religious rulers didn't like Him, and the people as fickle as people are changed on a whim as the aforementioned groups compelled them! Jesus's Sorrows were many and comforts a few, and I think the average man can understand that especially in the age we live in!

The most important fortress a man will ever buld is his spiritual self, or the stronghold of self! In Matthew 7:24-27 we see Jesus compare the wise man (who builds on the rock) with the foolish man ( who builds on the sand). the storms of life will come, but only those firmly established on the rock will stand!
