We are back from a two-week hiatus where we took time to reflect on the world, dug into involvement in our local leadership groups, and generally stayed quiet to let other important voice emerge.

As we re-emerge, we are talking about the leadership qualities we find most important, how we can deploy leadership at local, regional, and national levels, and how to disagree without anger and resentment.

We also give homework and Megan keeps showing Nicholas her attribute card before she reveals them.
