In this episode, Jason and Stephanie get high and explore the ethical landscape surrounding marijuana use. 

Some of the ethical questions dicussed include the differential treatment of drugs, where alcohol is widely accepted despite known social and health risks, while marijuana has faced stringent legal controls, even though it appears to pose fewer harms to individuals and society. Also, the distinction between therapy and enhancement is explored. Medical use of marijuana is generally more socially accepted, as it is seen as a remedy for health issues, such as pain or nausea. However, recreational use is often stigmatized, as it primarily serves the purpose of providing pleasure and relaxation. What does that say about our culture's relationship to pleasure? 

We also review concerns about buying drugs illegally and what that does to the moral status of the activity.
