According to an Institute for the Study of War (ISW) update, the recent deal orchestrated by Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko, which involves the Wagner Group and its financier Yevgeny Prigozhin, could significantly impact the current dynamics of the Russo-Ukrainian War.
