Lon is an American musician, writer, lecturer, and occultist. Since 1975 he has been a National and International governing officer of Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO) a religious and fraternal organization founded in the early part of the 20th century, and through the guidance of Aleister Crowley today it is known for its teachings of Thelema.

Since 1996 Lon has been O.T.O.'s United States Deputy Grand Master and is the longest living member after the death of Phyllis Seckler. He has written several successful and well circulated books on Western mystical traditions including Freemasonry, Tarot, Qabalah, Ceremonial magic. We talk to Lon about the OTO and the man behind Thelema, its position in Paganism and also about some of Lon's Musical Art.
