¡Hola familia de #Hive y amantes de la buena música en la comunidad #Music! Hoy les traigo algo muy especial, un nuevo #cover para mi #blog con la canción: "Coleccionando heridas". La hermosa colaboración que inmortalizaron dos grandes artistas, de generaciones diferentes en la música latina, estrellas de la talla de Karol G y Marco Antonio Solís.


Esta vez no vengo solo, invité para esta melodía a mi esposa @mariolisrnaranjo; el objetivo era regalarles un dueto de mucho sentimiento. Llevábamos días ensayando y aprendiendo el tono de la canción, para que quedara este resultado final, con el que ambos quedamos satisfechos.


Solo resta esperar que puedan disfrutar del video y nos dejen saber su opinión en los comentarios. La canción en sí es una reflexión de vida, como esa que llevamos en nuestra búsqueda del amor, algo melancólica tal vez. Que en tiempos modernos se manifiesta de diferentes formas, quedándose uno con esa sensación, a veces, de que quizás el amor verdadero es cosa del pasado.

Hello #Hive family and lovers of good music in the #Music community! Today I bring you something very special, a new #cover for my #blog with the song: "Coleccionando heridas" (Collecting Wounds). This beautiful collaboration immortalised two great artists from different generations of Latin music, stars of the calibre of Karol G and Marco Antonio Solís.

This time I'm not alone, I invited my wife @mariolisrnaranjo to join me for this melody; the goal was to give you a duet full of feeling. We spent days rehearsing and learning the tone of the song, so that we could achieve this final result, which we are both happy with.

Hello, friends of #Hive and moderators of the Hive Open Mic community! Welcome to my #blog. This is my contribution to Hive Open Mic Week 304. This week, we are invited to explore the theme "Movements," and what better way than through a song that moves the soul, body, and heart.

Hoy les traigo un nuevo video, mi versión de una de las canciones más icónicas y románticas del repertorio del dominicano Juan Luis Guerra. "Estrellitas y duendes" fue lanzada por el artista en el año 1990, como una bachata desbordada en poesía de aquel icónico álbum Bachata Rosa.

¡Hola, familia de #Hive! Un cálido abrazo para todos en este clima invernal con el que ha comenzado febrero. Hoy vengo con muchísima emoción para participar en la semana 303 de Hive Open Mic. El tema de esta nueva edición es "The Children", así que elegí hacer un cover muy especial para mí, de la canción "Sueños" del talentoso cantautor cubano, Luis Franco.


Esta canción me tocó el corazón desde la primera vez que la escuché, porque habla precisamente de la infancia, literalmente mi infancia. O la de muchos, que, como mi generación, fuimos de esos niños que no tuvieron grandes regalos, ni fiestas lujosas, pero que sí tuvieron algo más valioso: sueños.


Esos sueños que nos impulsaron a seguir adelante, en los momentos más difíciles, en donde soñar era libertad. El mensaje de esta canción es poderoso, nos hace reflexionar sobre esos niños que, aunque crecieron en medio de limitaciones materiales, tuvieron la capacidad de soñar, pero soñar en grande.

¡Hola, amigos de #Hive y moderadores de la querida comunidad Hive Open Mic! Esta semana me uno con un nuevo cover a la edición número 302, cuyo tema es "Good Luck". ¡Buena suerte! Qué tema tan bonito, ¿verdad? Un espacio ideal para reflexionar sobre esos momentos en los que la vida nos sonríe y nos regala algo especial.

Para participar en esta nueva semana, elegí interpretar un cover muy especial titulado: "Por siempre mi amor", de la gran Banda MS de Sergio Lizárraga. Esta canción romántica y a su vez poderosa nos habla en sus versos sobre ese sentimiento inigualable que sentimos al encontrar a esa persona que transforma todo a nuestro alrededor.

¡Hola, amigos de #Hive y de la queridísima familia de Hive Open Mic! Esta semana se nos invita a explorar el tema: “Somebody to Love”. Refiriéndose a esa búsqueda que todos emprendemos, para encontrar a ese alguien a quien amar. Para esta semana decidí traer una joya inolvidable, del repertorio mexicano: “El amar y querer”, interpretada magistralmente por el Príncipe de la Canción, José José.


Quien nos enamoró a todos con su voz inigualable, llena de encanto, alma propia, dolor y pasión. José José nos regaló muchas canciones inolvidables; esta balada romántica es un ejemplo del sentimiento eterno de su música. Recuerdo cómo se escuchaba en todas partes, la radio, las fiestas, hasta que de cierta manera terminó influyendo en nuestro buen gusto musical.

¡Hola, amigos de #Hive en la comunidad Sound Music! Hoy les traigo una nueva versión (cover) de una de las tantas baladas sentidas de la música latina: "Por amarte así". Este clásico del cantante Cristian Castro fue lanzado en el año 2000, como parte del álbum "Mi Vida Sin Tu Amor”, álbum que considero que marcó un antes y un después para el artista.

Y después de más de dos décadas, este himno compuesto al amor, este canto al deseo intenso, como ese que llena el alma, increíblemente sigue siendo una melodía que enamora. Hace unos días estaba en mi consultorio médico trabajando y escuché esta canción que una vecina la tenía reproduciendo y se dejaba escuchar. Desde ese día se me pegó hasta que me animé para hacerles este cover.

¡Hola, amigos de #hive y de la comunidad #muisc! Hoy les traigo un nuevo #cover para el #blog. Escogí la canción "Rayando el sol", un éxito de siempre de la agrupación de rock mexicana, Maná. Esta es una de las canciones que más me gustan de la agrupación. Dígase en su versión original, como en las tantas versiones de este clásico, que no pasa de moda.

Tengo una bonita historia con Maná; a mi hermano le gusta mucho su música, igual que a mí, y por eso cuando llegó el primer reproductor de video DVD a la casa, nos compramos un disco DVD con parte de la videografía de la banda. Aún conservo ese disco, a pesar de que en la actualidad es bastante sencillo obtener música de cualquier artista, pero antes no era todo muy diferente.

¡Hola amigos de #Hive en la comunidad #Muisc! Espero que se encuentren bien y que tengan unas felices Navidades en familia. Hoy les traigo algo muy especial; le puse manos a la cama obra para preparar el cover de la canción: "Canten", del inolvidable Guajiro Natural. Polo Montañes es un cantautor cubano originario de Pinar del Río, que logró conquistar al mundo con su voz ronca y su autenticidad campesina.

Particularmente, me encanta la música de Polo; desde pequeño me hice seguidor de su música y su carisma inigualable en tarima, a pesar de que nunca le viera en vivo, más allá de la televisión. Fernando Borrego Linares nació en las montañas de la Sierra del Rosario, en el seno de una familia humilde, por un lugar llamado El Brujito, en el municipio de Candelaria, provincia de Pinar del Río.


Criado en el campo y para el campo, Polo trabajó desde niño en varios oficios: como carbonero, tractorista, leñador y hasta ordeñador de vacas. Su vida era la de un guajiro sencillo, siempre rodeado de naturaleza; es por eso que las letras de sus canciones destilan identidad cubana. En la música fue de formación autodidacta; aprendió a tocar la guitarra y el tres por puro instinto y pasión en las noches de reunión familiar.

Creo que por este detalle es que me identifico bastante con Polo Montañés, ya que igualmente no estudié nada de música, pero igualmente la pasión por este arte llegó para cambiarme la vida. Hola amigos de la comunidad Hive Open Mic, espero que se encuentren bien y disfrutando de un excelente fin de semana. Hoy les traigo un nuevo cover para participar en la semana 297, y en esta ocasión escogí la canción "Llamado de emergencia" del reguetonero Daddy Yankee. Un ritmo musical bastante particular, por su mezcla de música caribeña que lo volvió popular. Precisamente este artista urbano de origen puertorriqueño, que hizo su carrera musical defendiendo el género hasta volverlo internacional.

¿Quién no conoce a Daddy Yankee y su música? El reguetón, en sus inicios, comenzó bastante agresivo, como su primo el hip hop, pero poco a poco fue evolucionando para volverse mucho más popular con el tiempo, colocándose en la preferencia de todos. Recuerdo las polémicas que se armaban en el preuniversitario, cuando se discutía sobre quién era mejor reguetonero, si Daddy Yankee o Don Omar.


A mí en lo personal me agradan ambos; cada quien con su estilo le dio vida a una generación que bailó con sus canciones. Cuando leí sobre el nuevo tema de la semana, pensé en esta canción y, a pesar de que sea difícil llegar al timbre de voz del cantante, igualmente lo intenté y fue muy divertido.
