I was super excited to do this interview with Rex Lawhorn and Victoria Whitfield of Liberty Mountain Farms!     

This episode is part one of our three part interview. During this episode, we meet Rex, Victoria, and their pupper Frankie. Rex and Victoria briefly share how they met and started the adventure of building Liberty Mountain Farms. 

We discuss some of the challenges they have faced, the importance of planning, and how homesteading is a very personalized thing. I was also really excited to hear about their growth and the positive changes they have experienced as they have gone on this journey together. Victoria also talks about her "Why", which is a recurring theme through this interview.
