We will be discussing the details of the festival and the shortcomings that led to an avoidable disaster. This incident unfortunately cost the lives of 10 young individuals and left many more hurt and asking the question...... what happened? We wanted to talk about this subject not to point blame at some of the different parties involved but to try and learn from this.
