Goals For Tomorrow

1- 15 minute workout

2- Eat a HEALTHY Breakfast

Over the next 12 days, we will only talk about things to do to get that weight off! Tomorrow's goal: Eat a healthy breakfast and work out for 15 minutes.  

My today was an epic FAIL but tomorrow is a new day.  Working at the school is HARD on this journey... but we have goals and we MUST stick to them.   Join us for these next 12 days as we discuss how NOT to beat yourself up when you fall, and how to keep going if you do! 

Alone you are great, but together we are AMAZING!
