Remember Tetris from when you were younger, finding a way to make the pieces fit. Our brains work the same way. They force us to make pieces fit even when they don't. Today we discuss how the Tetris Effect works and how many of us can get caught in the negative thought patterns in life 

This episode makes me (Danielle) a little stress. It's about how we can find joy in the place we are. The lesson this week is about finding your gifts and being able to share them with the world.

This week we talk all about our new season which is focused on the book The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Anchor. This book is such a profound book that transformed the way we looked at the world.
