His software development background includes natural language processing, AI, game design, interactive video and virtual reality. He has designed and developed programs for a variety of organisations, including the FAA, NASA, the UN, Caterpillar and General Motors. Ken presently leads Instructional Design Strategy & Innovation as the SVP for Learning & Development at Wells Fargo Bank and is a Board Advisor for Soffos.ai - described as hyper-personalised AI-powered workplace training via conversational micro-learning
