#Lay People have the power to change the church and make it grow of they are given the chance to work.

The Spirit of a saved man is righteous and truly holy.

If you do not allow lay people to work in the ministry you wil employ people to do jobs that do not occupy them fully.

The Spirit of an unsaved man is dead and desperately wicked. Becareful not to fall in the hands of an unsaved soul as a Christian.

If we don't allow lay people to work in the ministry, we are killing Christian principles like sacrifice in the church.
