Church leadership is hard and can be discouraging and soul sucking if we let it. In today's episode, Steve Anderson is talking about longevity in ministry. As a 50-something youth pastor, steve knows a thing or two about sticking with something that is hard. There's no easy answer to longevity in ministry but Steve has some suggestions he's learned along the way.
