This episode allows me to share a very real and personal thing that happened in my life. I do reference my therapist, Angelah Browne, because she is the best. My prayer is that this talk will allow someone to get the help they need before doing something that will change their life and the ones they love. I’m letting people know not to be ashamed to ask for and seek help. I did for a long time and thank God He kept me from leaving to soon. I also want to let parents of special needs children to seek the help and assistance they need to take care of their special baby. Thank you to everyone who hears this and who’s heart it touches. Don’t be ashamed, don’t be afraid, Get Help! https://anchor.fm/cheryl-secrest5/message
