EP8. Mengurangkan Tekanan PKS Hadapi I4.0, MIMOS Ada Jawapannya!

Kali ini Sorotan Industri 4.0 Malaysia menampilkan En. Firdaus Munir, Principal Engineer MIMOS Berhad yang berkongsi peranan MIMOS Berhad sebagai salah satu agensi yang turut membantu PKS melaksanakan transformasi teknologi ke arah Industri 4.0 dalam aktiviti pengilangan mereka. Transformasi ini turut meliputi dari aspek tenaga kerja, pengeluaran dan pengurusan agar lebih efektif dan cekap pada masa depan. MIMOS juga berperanan sebagai pembimbing dan penasihat kepada PKS untuk mereka lebih bersedia menerima Industri 4.0 dan seterusnya mengimplementasikannya di dalam aktiviti harian mereka.

EP7. SIRIM Bukan Saja Menyakinkan Tapi Pastikan PKS Berkualiti

Episod Sorotan Industri 4.0 Malaysia kali ini membawakan perkongsian dari dua wakil SIRIM iaitu En. Aminullah Ashari, Senior Consultant SIRIM Fraunhofer Secretariat dan En. Ahmad Nazri b Said, Senior Engineer, Industrial Centre of Innovation For Smart Manufacturing SIRIM Berhad yang berkongsi peranan SIRIM untuk menilai dan membantu pengusaha kilang di seluruh Malaysia ke arah Industri 4.0 secara berperingkat-peringkat. SIRIM mempunyai pelbagai pengalaman dan kepakaran dalam bidang teknologi bersedia membantu PKS dan pengilang mendapatkan khidmat nasihat transformasi operasi mereka.

EP6. UNIMAP sedia bantu PKS Zon Utara tingkatkan adopsi teknologi

Melalui episod Sorotan Industri 4.0 Malaysia kali ini menampilkan seorang Pensyarah dan Penyelidik Kejuruteraan Mekatronik dari Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UNIMAP), Dr. Muhammad Izham b Ismail yang berkongsi peranan UNIMAP membantu perusahaan kilang-kilang terutama di zon utara memahami dan berubah ke arah Industri 4.0 dalam meningkatkan kualiti operasi melalui teknologi. Penyelidikan beliau meliputi aspek pemprosesan data yang boleh digunapakai oleh industri untuk mengawal kualiti produk.

EP5. Penilai Kesediaan I4.0 Bukan Calang-calang

Sorotan Inisiatif Industri 4.0 Malaysia episod ini membawakan perkongsian dari En Za’im Azyze, Pengurus Besar Kanan, Value Chain & Technology Development, Institut Automotif Robotik Dan IoT Malaysia (MARII) yang berkongsi bagaimana proses Penilaian Kesediaan atau Readiness Assessment (RA) dilakukan terhadap sesebuah perusahaan yang berminat untuk melaksanakan transformasi Industri 4.0. Beliau juga berkongsi agensi-agensi yang terlibat dalam proses tersebut. En Zaim turut berkongsi kriteria yang diperlukan untuk menjadi seorang penilai untuk RA dalam memastikan kilang yang berusaha ke arah Industri 4.0 mencapai standard ditetapkan oleh pihak Kementerian Perdagangan Antarabangsa Dan Industri (MITI).
