En: Eglei the Vilniaus airport always seemed special.
Lt: Ankstyvą pavasarį, šventiškai nusiteikę žmonės skubėjo per terminalą.
En: In early spring, festively disposed people hurried through the terminal.
Lt: Už langų tirpo sniegas, o pirmieji žaliuojantys medžiai priminė artėjančią pavasario šviesą.
En: The snow was melting outside the windows, and the first green trees reminded of the approaching light of spring.
Lt: Eglė trokšte troško grįžti namo pas šeimą ir kartu švęsti Kovo 11-ąją – Lietuvos nepriklausomybės atkūrimo dieną.
En: Eglė longed to return home to her family and celebrate the 11th of March together – Lietuvos nepriklausomybės atkūrimo dieną (Lithuanian Independence Restoration Day).

En: Looking around, she noticed the airport's medical station.
Lt: Oro uosto personalas buvo labai rūpestingas.
En: The airport staff was very caring.
Lt: Daktaras atvyko greitai ir diagnozavo Eglei ūminį apendicitą.
En: The doctor arrived quickly and diagnosed Eglė with acute appendicitis.
