This episode was recorded in June of 2024 as a celebration for Pride Month. Although is it no longer official pride month, may we celebrate everyday as if it is. Just wanted to send a bit of encouragement to all of you beautiful souls!

Are you creating safe space for the youth in your households or immediate environments? If not, ask yourself how you can do better. No kid should face judgement & be ridiculed constantly by those who have been put in place to be their safe space, nurture them, give them guidance, & to protect them. We have not done a great job at encouraging or creating a safe space for much of anything outside of what we have been taught growing up. It’s time that we unlearn all the negative, oppressive, & destructive ways in which we have come to look at all things outside of heterosexuality. It’s time that we acknowledge our own internalized & externalized homophobia, as well as call out the homophobia that is portrayed around us daily. Are you up for the challenge?
