Some trending for a few months, others hanging around for a few years, and we can be sure to find a plethora of different new diet gimmicks every year. Diets don’t fail because we aren’t disciplined enough, or mentally strong enough — diets fail because they are not right for us from the get-go. Today’s podcast is titled Eight Reasons Your Diet Failed. A failed diet isn’t just being unable to stick to it, a failed diet is seeing success through a diet and then not being able to sustain or maintain it and re-gaining all the weight back. The definition of diet should be — and not what society has made it — the kinds of foods a person, animal, or community habitually eat.
