* Good examples of what NOT to do with UX design
* Gmail Priority Inbox (http://mail.google.com/mail/help/priority-inbox.html)
* Uses Google's internal algorithms to identify email that's important to you
* Prioritizes it to the top of your inbox
* Can organize the different filters to prioritize emails differently
* You have to help "train" Gmail to learn what's important and what's not, by marking specific email's as priority or not as you read them
* UX Design "Catfight"
* Ryan Carson - Carsonified (http://carsonified.com/)
* At Deconstruct conference, tweets (http://twitter.com/ryancarson/status/22885968975) "A UX Professional is a bullcrap job title. It's just a way to overcharge naieve clients. All web designers should be UX pros."
* Andy Budd (http://clearleft.com/is/andybudd/) - ClearLeft (http://clearleft.com/)
* Replied "Why I Think Ryan Carson Doesn't Believe in UX Professionals and Why I Do." (http://www.andybudd.com/archives/2010/09/why_i_think_rya/)
* Every web designer SHOULD be a ux pro, but it doesn't always work that way. Especially as websites get more and mroe complex.

* Used to be more trouble than it was worth
