According to the urban dictionary:

 Slay queens are girls who do not have a wealthy background but appear as if they do. They use malicious acts to attain cash, drink expensive alcohol, procure expensive cellphones.

We have "slayqueens" that are usually celebrated for the wrong reasons(skin, shape, makeup etc) But what if we can change the narrative of what this truely means and celebrate the true queens of our society. The women making impact and tremendous progress in the industry and their various communities.

My definition of a slay queen?

A lady making great impact in her society with her resilience and belief, A lady who channels her value positively onto the lives of others and affects lives in her immediate environment.

For me, that is a proper slay queen.
