It was a pleasure to chat with North Macedonian rising drum star Martina- She was part of Spanish drum festival Alteisa back in September last year, and it surprised everyone with her unique approach to the instrument, betting on groove and originality. La baterista canaria cuyo historial contiene diversas ciudades (Gran Canaria, Barcelona, Valencia y ahora Madrid), multitud de géneros (del jazz-fusión al pop acústico pasando por el rock progresivo) y por supuesto experiencia en escenarios acompañando a artistas como Yoly Saa o en proyectos personales como líder Tizziri (2017) y grupales como Cuarto Burlé. Una conversación que repasa su biografía y que indaga en los temas emocionales de una baterista que anda para acá y para allá así como el aspecto técnico de utilizar la tecnología en nuestros sets híbridos cada vez más presentes.
