THE INNER ROAD es una banda instrumental sinfónica progresiva, formada en 2011, de la banda de música progresiva del Reino Unido COALITION . Los miembros de la banda son Steve GRESSWELL en teclados y Phil Braithwaite en guitarra, quienes escriben y tocan la música sinfónica. El estilo que emplearon no era adecuado para COALITION, por lo que los miembros se embarcaron en su nuevo proyecto, The Inner Road, que ya ha ganado una base de admiradores en todo el mundo.
