Sal, Jesus and Alejandro break down the very quick city of Socorro City Council meeting. Amazing what happens when personal agendas are not brought to a vote. The city of Socorro vaccinated 68 elderly Socorroians. Of coarse, District 2 Representative Ralph Duran asks, I heard, there were long lines, why is that? What we should be asking is, why are you suing the city of Socorro? Why are your properties not being fined for failing to keep up to code? How do we get our properties grandfathered in, so we get fined by the city?

City Ordinances are only changed for Elected  officials like Ralph Duran. While the rest of us are fined by city personal, ticketed by police or taken to court for breaking laws in the City of Socorro. But when you are Ralph Duran you make sure to pass city ordinances that make your property grand-fathered in, so no fines for you. Watch what they do, not what they say!!

On January 28, 1918 , the crack and bang of gunfire broke the silence in the air. Bullets cut through the night air and ripped through the bodies of  15 men of Mexican Descent,  Texans,  fathers, sons, brothers, and tios. These bullets killed 15 innocent men and boys; 15 men and boys of a little village in a west Texas town of Porvenir.  The night of the massacre at Porvenir set in motion a chain of events that would forever change the face of the historical Texas Rangers.
