La verdad… hoy me puse a jugar FIFA Japón-Corea 2002 en PS1 y me dejó pensando bastante 🤔
No sé si es nostalgia o qué… pero siento que este juego no evolucionó casi nada comparado con FIFA 98. Osea, sí… tiene el tema del mundial, las selecciones actualizadas y todo eso… pero cuando uno se pone a jugarlo en serio… se siente igual.
Los movimientos de los jugadores son medio raros, los pases a veces no van donde uno quiere y hacer una jugada bonita cuesta bastante. No digo que sea injugable… pero tampoco era algo que uno dijera “wow, esto sí cambió todo”.
Y ahí es donde uno piensa… ¿qué pasó con este juego? Porque ese mundial del 2002 fue una locura… lleno de sorpresas… y el videojuego no estuvo a la altura.
Se nota mucho que ya estaban enfocados en PS2 y como que a la PS1 la dejaron en segundo plano… como sacando algo por cumplir y ya.
Aun así… lo jugamos. Le metimos horas. Porque era lo que había y porque igual tenía su encanto, no voy a mentir.
Pero siendo sincero… si me ponen a elegir… creo que FIFA 98 se siente hasta mejor 😅
No sé… capaz estoy loco… o capaz alguien más piensa lo mismo que yo.
